Since 2017, William has been a part of PHOENIX, the mortgage industry’s leading MSR and Whole Loan advisory firm. As Assistant Vice President of Trading, William advises clients on comprehensive MSR and Whole Loan strategies across all market environments. Serving as a transaction executive, William guides clients through the complete bulk and flow transaction lifecycle, providing all supportive services. Additionally, William’s responsibilities include strategic MSR and Whole Loan analytics, such as valuations, MSR pricing grids, and determining the best execution for retain vs release strategies.
In addition to maintaining a full schedule of client meetings and conference travel, William enjoys spending time with his daughter and baby boy, exploring the Sierra Nevada mountains around Lake Tahoe through skiing and cycling.
