Tim Hirschfield

Timothy Jay Hirschfield, Vice President of Analytics, has been with PHOENIX since 2007. Tim helps manage several top-tier clients and has built models to value some of the most complex and intricate asset classes. His primary responsibilities include modeling servicing portfolio valuations, buy-rep analyses, MSR pricing grids, MSR accounting and impairment outsourcing services, and back-testing and stress-testing of valuation software. He is also involved in the valuation of bulk servicing transactions and Non-Agency modeling.

Tim has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.
