Stephen Fleming
Executive Vice President, Sales & Trading
Stephen Fleming, Executive Vice President of Trading and Sales, joined the PHOENIX team in 2011 and plays a key role in leading strategic business development, client management, and industry relations teams. Stephen’s responsibilities encompass bulk and flow servicing rights transactions, MSR analytics including valuations and best execution engagements, servicing oversight and quality control, and loan-level due diligence.
Before joining PHOENIX, Stephen served as a Senior Credit Trader at Fannie Mae in Washington DC, where he worked on both the bulk and flow Pricing Strategy teams. He began his career at JP Morgan Chase as an Assistant Vice President. Stephen is a frequent industry speaker, participating in various Mortgage Bankers Association and regional/state conferences.
In addition to being an honors graduate from Georgetown University’s MBA program, Stephen holds a Finance and Accounting Certification from UPenn’s Wharton School of Business and a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Outside of the office, he and his wife enjoy traveling, skiing, and spending as much time as possible with their young children.
