Ryan Lilly

Ryan Lilly, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Services, is responsible for business development, product strategy, operational planning, optimization, client performance management, and company growth. With 12 years of experience in mortgage banking, servicing, and real estate, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise to PHOENIX.

Ryan began his career in 2006 at Lehman Brothers as an analyst in their mortgage servicing division. Since then, he has played key roles in developing and executing startup mortgage businesses, pre and post-acquisition strategy, technology platforms, and rapid growth environments. Throughout his career, Ryan has overseen diligence, transaction management, and ongoing oversight of billions of dollars in mortgage assets.

Known for his innovative thinking, Ryan has consistently developed new ideas and products to address the mortgage industry’s biggest challenges and areas of risk. Prior to joining PHOENIX in 2016, Ryan held leadership positions with Nationstar Mortgage, Xome, and Integrated Asset Services. He has also successfully started, achieved profitability, and sold a mortgage business.

Ryan’s direct experience in evaluating industry challenges and developing thoughtful solutions has been instrumental in expanding PHOENIX’s long-standing trusted partnerships with the industry’s top mortgage participants. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University.
