Kurt Eaton, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Services, is responsible for business development and securitization advisory services. Kurt brings over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in transaction management, underwriting, mortgage investor relations, and RMBS and ABS transactions.
Prior to joining PHOENIX in 2021, Kurt held management positions at Union Bank, Deloitte, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Countrywide Securities Corp.
Kurt brings a wide range of subject matter expertise and skill sets in mortgage banking. He has been called upon numerous times as an expert witness in legal matters pertaining to loan originations and securitizations.
