John Kelley

John Kelley, Vice President, has been with PHOENIX since 2015. John is responsible for running complex MSR valuations spanning a range of servicers, including top bank and private equity clients, for the Analytics team. Along with servicing portfolio valuations, John’s responsibilities include managing a team of PAS analysts, valuing live MSR trades, building MSR pricing schedules for hold/sell analyses, and overseeing MSR accounting for clients using either fair value or FASB accounting standards.

Prior to joining PHOENIX, John held multiple sales, accounting, and outreach positions with a number of organizations in Colorado and California. John holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University, where he was active in Microfinance, Non-Profit Management, and Company Strategy and Operations.
