Jeff Boyd

Jeffrey S. Boyd, Executive Vice President of Analytics, leads the operations and management of PHOENIX Analytics and has been with PHOENIX since 2002. In addition to overseeing all Analytics staff, Jeff is directly involved in all analytic-related engagements. Jeff’s primary responsibilities include servicing portfolio valuations (mark-to-markets), acquisition analyses, servicing released premium (SRP) schedule development, economic hold/sell analysis, MSR accounting outsourcing services, and modeling bulk and flow servicing transactions. Jeff’s extensive knowledge of the MSR asset, spanning all collateral types and including fluency in multiple servicing and prepayment models, has been influential in fostering the development of the dynamic MSR Analytics team. Before joining PHOENIX, Jeff was previously with Commercial Federal. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado.
