Jason Eisendrath

Jason Eisendrath, Senior Vice President of Whole Loan Trading, plays a key role in leading the Whole Loan trade desk and assisting with product development at PHOENIX. Since joining PHOENIX in 2018, Jason has brought extensive expertise and insight to our team.

Jason began his mortgage banking career in 1996 with Mortgage Data Management Corp. (MDMC), where he focused on analytics for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae sales and securitizations, as well as MSR data analytics and due diligence. He developed extensive relationships with the GSEs and Ginnie Mae and worked closely as one of the very few seasoned loan delivery agents in the country.

In 2010, Jason became Director of Loan Sale Strategies when MDMC transitioned to Mortgage Delivery Specialists (MDS). His roles have included sales of seasoned loans and new production portfolios to the GSEs and Ginnie Mae, MSR due diligence analytics, and brokerage of Whole Loans in the secondary market. Jason’s clients consist of banks, credit unions, independent mortgage bankers, private equity firms, and Housing Agencies.

A native of Wisconsin, Jason received his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. With over 20 years in the industry, he has a passion for mortgage banking and secondary markets, especially the relationships he has formed. Jason enjoys various fitness activities, including running, biking, and downhill/cross-country skiing.
