Ben Siew

For two decades, Ben has been a strategic resource for PHOENIX leadership, management and ownership to optimize the impact of human capital from the boardroom to the front-lines. His role includes, but is not limited to, serving as a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) overseeing shared services and partnering with decision-makers/influencers internally and externally. In addition, as the Managing Director and Founder of Bennett Partners, Ben works nationally and internationally with top-tier investors and entrepreneurs to implement customized solutions that resolve immediate issues and drive bottom-line organizational performance. His areas of expertise include board facilitation, individual assessment, organizational benchmarking and development, due diligence, performance management, succession planning, and executive coaching. He has consulted with companies at all stages of development and conducted applied research in numerous industry sectors. Ben has been recognized for his leadership by the American Academy of Achievement, the Military Order of the World Wars, and the Ohio Board of Education.
Ben is a member of several professional organizations including the American Psychological Association, the Colorado Psychological Association, the Society of Consulting Psychology, the Academy of Management, and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He serves as a board member and advisor for premier investors and privately held companies, and remains committed to philanthropic endeavors, including non-profit organizations.
Ben earned distinction as a National Merit Scholar and scholarship recipient, as well as a Colgate Alumni Memorial Scholar honoree. He holds a double major in Biology and Religion from Duke University, where he was also a NCAA Division I varsity fencing student-athlete. Ben received a Dean’s Scholarship and holds Master’s and Doctorate degrees from graduate work and research at Wake Forest University and the University of Denver.
Ben supports all things Cleveland (Ohio) and enjoys life in Colorado and Cape Cod with his wife and three children, including twins.
